Pork belly ramen in a rich beef broth! Takes proper time to make but worth it! We got hold of great beef bone marrow bones 🦴 which simmered for long hours with veggies and spices. The pork belly also had a few hours on the bbq, becoming very tender and tasty!
Added some dumplings 🥟 and veggies - delicious 😋
