Their latest episode on the topic has raised eyebrows and confusion amongst viewers so we wanted to proudly share the following:
Our kimchi tested with exceptionally high viable bacterial counts (see Petri dish on picture)—exactly what fermentation should deliver.
Live bacteria = the engine of transformation. Active Lactobacillus cultures that work with your gut microbiome to support digestion, immunity, and wellness.
We are able to see how almost all brands had a low to no alive bacteria count in the Petri dish visually (apart from SauerCrowd and 1-2 others) 🙌🏼
