This Womens Day, I did a collab with Trip.com Amsterdam office for their IWD / Womens Day celebrations with some delicious cheesecake bites 💐 My cheesecakes - Blueberry, Pistachio and Matcha - were all crowd favourites! I chose the flavours and topping styles as a meaningful nod to the official IWD colors 💜💚🤍

See what my friend and customer has to say about her custom Oreo Matcha Cheesecake (vegan) 🥰

I opted for a rugged Oreo Forest decoration showcasing a busy cake landscape (very different compared to my other cakes so far!) and color and tartness from bright & fresh raspberries 💋 I started out with a full forest (last picture) and then reduced it to a central showpiece only.

What do you think? 💛
