You say coffee, we say brioche! Coffee brioche ! Coffee brioche! Actually there isn’t much more to add. It’s been flying out of the shop and yeah we get it, it’s really hard for us too to not to keep saying “I’m just tasting some more so I can explain the product better to customers ☺️😏’.

Back by popular demand! ✨ Our October special is our signature coffee brioche… 🤤 filled with a fluffy coffee cream and homemade macadamia and dulce white chocolate gianduja. It’s one of those treats that you just can’t have enough of ☺️🤫. We’re so excited 🫣.

Yes, for real. We are now selling our croissants frozen for you to bake at home 🏠. We felt, especially with not being open on Saturdays, that having freshly baked croissants is just the perfect weekend ritual. So we decided.. why not sell our very own frozen croissants 🥐. Handmade in store with the same care as we do for all of our products that you buy in store.
Order them online, or buy what we have left in stock in the store. (Our advice? order online ❄️)

It’s been amazing the responds we’ve gotten about this chocolate layered brioche 🫶. We get it! The rich chocolate cremeux, the surprise of small chocolate pieces.. 🫨😮‍💨🤤

🍫🍫🍫! This September we will have a double chocolate filled brioche feuilletée ✨
Are we expecting lots of happy people this month that have missed a very specific pastry…😏? Oh yeah.
We gave it a little update though 🤫.. Expect a rich chocolate cream with chocolate pieces inside! And we are absolutely in love the look of this this cutie 🥹
In short.. more chocolate, new shape, same flaky layers, available every day during September. Can’t wait!!!

Good news for our almond croissant! 🥐 We’re happy to share that this customer favorite is available every openings day! 🥳. Crunchy double baked croissant filled inside AND on top with our signature almond cream 💚✨
