It’s been amazing the responds we’ve gotten about this chocolate layered brioche 🫶. We get it! The rich chocolate cremeux, the surprise of small chocolate pieces.. 🫨😮‍💨🤤

🍫🍫🍫! This September we will have a double chocolate filled brioche feuilletée ✨
Are we expecting lots of happy people this month that have missed a very specific pastry…😏? Oh yeah.
We gave it a little update though 🤫.. Expect a rich chocolate cream with chocolate pieces inside! And we are absolutely in love the look of this this cutie 🥹
In short.. more chocolate, new shape, same flaky layers, available every day during September. Can’t wait!!!

Good news for our almond croissant! 🥐 We’re happy to share that this customer favorite is available every openings day! 🥳. Crunchy double baked croissant filled inside AND on top with our signature almond cream 💚✨

Fresh apricots, whipped almond ganache, bright apricot gel, and all on top of an almond frangipane base and ofc croissant dough. 🍑And it’s completely dairy-free! Available every openingsdag during August 😋🧡

Our savory croissant! We always like to incorporate a touch of France into our pastries and so we thought .. oh wouldn’t a green herb pistou filling be yummy in a cheese croissant? Et voila. Morning or afternoon (or evening let’s be honest 😜🫣) this croissant should satisfy your salty needs 😋✨

Oh our pistachio escargot... I don’t think there is much more to say. If you know, you know. If you don’t yet, we highly recommend you give it a try ☺️☺️☺️ It’s a Grammes staple, a customer favorite AND it shows our favorite color 😋😂.

Do you ever have those days where it’s just impossible to choose between a hot or iced drink? 😂 We definitely do. Coffee, lemonade, matcha, hojicha...
Right now, our iced hojicha and fresh lemonade are definitely making their way to the top of our summer list. 🤤
