Strawberry & Elderflower in summer 💚🍓
Our new monthly special brings together fresh strawberries, strawberry compote and a creamy elderflower bavaroise. We created this one together with our intern, to be entirely vegan(!) and focusing on the seasonality of the ingredients. Available from this weekend, every fri&sat in June. So, come by!🥰

Before our doors open and the Rivierenbuurt is waking up, this is what the shop looks like. 🥐✨It’s our favorite view of the day. Trays stacked with pastries, the smell of butter, everything ready for the morning rush and the chefs busy prepping and rolling croissants for the next days. 😌

Rhubarb and Shiso. 🌿💖
A yummy balance of tart and jammy rhubarb compote, smooth shiso cream, and a bright pink rhubarb veil on top. We took inspiration from last year’s tart and put it in a laminated croissant.. why not! 🫶

That scent when it’s in the oven 🤤🤤🤤

Did you know our cheese croissant has a green surprise inside? 🌿🧀✨
We fill it with a homemade pistou made with basil, parley and almond. On top we add lots of mozzarella and parmesan.
All in all, a cheese croissant that you can eat in the morning or for a nice afternoon snack.. 💚

The pop-up with .cafe was such a success! Thank you everyone for coming and supporting us. This last weekend of April is also the last weekend of our Coffee Brioche Feuilletée 🥹. Layered brioche, filled with coffee cream and a Gianduja chocolate bar inside... get it while you can! 😏

Thank you Gregory for making those delicious filter coffees last Saturday. It was a joy having Cime at Grammes for the weekend! A bientôt! 🇫🇷

….Coffee Brioche Feuilletée. Think crunchy croissant layers that meet fluffy brioche. Ours is filled with a delicious coffee cream and a bar of Gianduja chocolate. YUMMMM!
