Two fresh Indonesians just hit the Spot Offer List - both landing in Warsaw come October. 🇮🇩

Both grown high up, where the farmland runs out and old, protected rainforest takes over - some of the last of it left. Growers pool their cherries, share what they know, and pull hardy varietals out of dark volcanic soil. Same ground, same hands - and these two cups go completely different ways.

🔸Anoxic Natural
This one doesn’t do subtle. The cherries get sealed up airtight with no oxygen and left to build flavour before drying, and you taste every bit of it. Orange cake and pineapple to start, then it gets interesting - whiskey bonbons, a big winey body, orange and chocolate on the finish. Loud and layered.

🔸Wet Hulled
That deep, earthy thing Indonesian coffee is known for. Nobody set out to make it. It came from giling basah - wet-hulling - which farmers used because the climate was too hot and wet to dry beans the slow way. A shortcut that turned into a signature. In the cup: blackberry, raspberry, stewed plum, velvet in the mouth, dark chocolate to close. Nothing trendy about it. Just Indonesia being Indonesia.

Distinct coffees, each with a story to tell! ☕️

What’s happening in Colombia?🇨🇴

One week ago, a devastating earthquake hit Colombia - and we couldn’t just carry on as usual.

Before logistics, there are people. Colombia isn’t an abstraction to us, it’s growers and communities we know by name, many now facing a long road back. Our thoughts are with them.

Part of our job is knowing what’s happening at origin before you have to ask. Here’s the current picture: what’s flowing, what’s delayed, and what to watch.

If any of your coffee with us is affected, we’ll reach out.

Beyond the seasonal lots ☕

Attesa isn’t only about new discoveries. A good offer also needs the opposite - coffees you can count on, all year round.

Alongside our rotating list are the steady ones: chosen for consistency and reliable supply, ready to hold a permanent place in your range. ✅

A few of our reliable regulars:

🔸 India - Robusta, Plantation & Monsooned Malabar → body, depth & crema.

🔸 Brazil - Cerrado & Santos → smooth, chocolatey and blend-ready.

Classic, comforting and versatile - these coffees are as good solo as they are in a blend.

These don’t chase trends. They just show up and deliver the same reliable cup, every batch.

And with forward contracting, you can secure future deliveries in advance - so you’re never caught short.📦

Because a strong range isn’t only built on discovery - it’s built on dependability, too. 🌱

Meet Dilan ✨

Say hello to Dilan Cardenas, joining Attesa Coffee as our new Business Development Analyst!

He’ll be working closely with our green coffee partners - origin research, offerlists, and eventually plenty of time on farms. 🌱

His path into coffee started at the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia, where he worked close to the farms and the families behind them. ☕️

Curious, analytical, and already asking excellent questions - welcome to the team, Dilan !

Two new lots from India - now on our Spot Offer List, arriving at our Warsaw warehouse in September.

Some hillsides quietly do more than others. Karadykan Estates is one of them - a farm with roots reaching back to 1957, sitting between 1,290 and 1,330 metres, where long-held craft meets genuine experimentation. Every cherry is selectively handpicked, then guided through slow, closely-timed fermentations - from banana leaves (“Yele” in the local language, grown on the farm itself) to carefully chosen yeast strains - before drying gently on raised beds. 🌱

It’s that patience, and that willingness to experiment, that lets a single estate give us two coffees as different as these.

Fine Robusta ☕️
Natural, co-fermented under layers of banana leaves. An unexpected cup: lemon and apple pie lifted by vanilla, a creamy mouthfeel, and a spiced-tea finish. A Fine Robusta with real character.

Arabica ☕️
Washed and inoculated with a selected Saccharomyces yeast strain that reshapes the cup into something delicate - grapefruit, raspberry and florals, a round mouthfeel, and a vanilla aftertaste.

One bold, one delicate - both carrying that distinct Indian depth and fermentation-forward character.

Limited bags available. 📦
