We will be collaborating with the Heart & Seoul pop-up in De Pijp, hosted by . It promises to be a fun weekend of Korean art, beauty, food and culture!

We are so excited to have a new home for our makgeolli brewing workshops at The Miner’s Cafe in Amsterdam Oud-West!

We are hoping to offer these classes regularly and to also build a community for makgeolli brewing in the Netherlands, so come join us at our first class on June 3rd at 6:30pm!

We are so excited to be taking part in this year’s in Santa Pau Spain on March 16th. This is the third year of the festival, celebrating spontaneous fermentation and showcasing some incredible beer breweries.

For our part, we will be highlighting a selection of amazing sool breweries from Korea, as well as introducing makgeolli homebrewing culture. We are super grateful to for the opportunity to spread more love for Korean alcohol at such an awesome festival!

We have a lot of sool events planned for this year and we can’t wait to get back in the swing of things!!

Our next events will be in Paris with our good friends at .marais. We will be running a full weekend of makgeolli brewing classes for anyone who wants to try making their own sool!

We have a lot of Korean alcohol events planned for 2024! After our super fun collaboration with MOKJA last year, we are once again teaming up for makgeolli brewing workshops and makgeolli tasting pop-ups in Ghent, Belgium.

Join us for a weekend of makgeolli brewing and Korean food tasting!

We are super excited to announce our last European events for 2023, which will be in collaboration with Li-sei deli in Milan! We have both makgeolli brewing classes and sool pairing dinners on the schedule, and we can't wait to bring the joys of Korean traditional alcohol to Italy.

We have a lot planned for 2024, and are always open to collaborations so let us know if you want to introduce sool in your city next year!
