On the 5th of September, we had the honor of celebrating 203 years of Brazil’s Independence with a menu inspired by the essence of our food culture.
This year’s concept drew from the foundations of Brazilian cuisine: rice, beans, corn, tapioca, and a diversity of fresh fruits. From this base, we built a volant dinner and food island that highlighted our diversity while keeping authenticity and warmth at the center of the experience.
We are deeply grateful to the Brazilian Embassy in the Netherlands for their trust and partnership in another year of celebration.
