Summer is over and out of all preservation methods I chose fermentation. It's a small addition to take care of the people around.

Fermented foods is not only a trend and fashion. There are lots of studies that proved health benefits and longevity effect of the product.

I can go for long read. But just a summery of fermentation benefits

Improved Digestion:

The process of fermentation breaks down complex carbohydrates, making foods easier to digest and improving nutrient absorption. Probiotics also help balance gut bacteria, which supports a healthy intestinal barrier. 

Enhanced Immune Function:

The "good" bacteria in fermented foods (probiotics) help crowd out harmful microbes and can strengthen the immune system, which is largely located in the digestive tract. 

Reduced Inflammation:

Consuming fermented foods may help reduce chronic inflammation, contributing to overall health. 

Boosted Nutrient Content:

Fermentation can increase the levels of certain vitamins, such as B vitamins and vitamin K. It also helps produce beneficial metabolites and can reduce levels of anti-nutrients that hinder mineral absorption. 

Support for Heart and Bone Health:

Some fermented foods have been linked to better heart health markers like blood pressure. Additionally, the vitamins and beneficial microbes in fermented foods can play a role in maintaining bone health. 

Weight Management:

By improving nutrient digestion and absorption and reducing inflammation, fermented foods can contribute to maintaining a healthy body weight.
