Joining us is our latest cider producer - Maison Kalder - a biodynamic cider maker from Normandy who makes sulphite-free apple juice taste like magic 🌶️❤️
Come say hi, taste something new, and hear the story behind it 🇫🇷

On the wine side: pure Portugal! north to south 🇵🇹🌊
All the good stuff, all in one day.

Oh, and tickets are just €15 pp for unlimited tasting.

Café Soleil will also be serving a paired menu (3 course, €35pp) if you want to make a proper afternoon of it 🤩

Raised by the roman tradition of amphora wines, Geracōes De Talha (Genenerations of the Amphora) are the progeny of a deeply rooted respect for natural wine making.

“Vinho de talha” as they call it in Alentejo 🇵🇹 were wines that never made it outside Portugal, for the simple reason that there would be none left to sell 😅 Everything would be consumed immediately!

Teresa Caeiro, the NaTalha (non literal, yet still “the mother”) of these fascinating wines, uses same principles of wine production as millennia ago, except that the precision & craftsmanship is beyond the glou-glou label 😮‍💨
