Fior di latte, roasted datterino tomatoes, prosciutto Norcino crafted by small family producers in Norcia, Umbria, and homemade basil pesto.

Our pesto follows the traditional recipe: fresh basil leaves, extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts, Grana Padano aged 36 months, pecorino, and a touch of garlic. Fragrant and slightly nutty, it brings everything together.

A cornerstone of The Pizza Vagabond menu, our Ortolana has always been conceived as a vegetable-forward pizza built on a base of Provola di Agerola, topped with a rotating selection of vegetables that follow the rhythm of the seasons.

In its spring expression, a true green symphony unfolds: sautéed asparagus, tender broad beans, and sweet green peas come together in a vibrant composition of textures and flavors. The delicate crispness of fried leek adds a gentle sweetness and contrast, while a finishing drizzle of crunchy oil brings nutty depth and aromatic complexity.

A refined, thoughtfully composed pizza, carefully selected from the best of the TPV garden and designed to celebrate primavera’s most expressive flavours.
