KOOKXTRA is not closing, we are evolving into a stronger and more sustainable marketplace for independent chefs and the customers who love authentic, home-cooked food.

From 1 September 2026, KOOKXTRA will move forward with a pickup and chef-managed delivery model. This means:

- Customers can continue discovering and ordering authentic food through KOOKXTRA
- Pickup will remain available from participating chefs
- Delivery may be offered directly by individual chefs, depending on their location and availability
- Chefs will have greater control over their schedules, pricing, delivery settings and businesses
- KOOKXTRA will continue connecting talented food entrepreneurs with our growing customer community

Delivery and pickup options may differ for each chef, so please check the individual shop details before placing your order.

The way we operate is changing, but our purpose remains the same: supporting independent chefs and bringing diverse, home-cooked food closer to you.
