At 28, Ylenia has spent over 12 years perfecting her craft. Rooted in Sardinia, she specializes in handmade pasta and private dining experiences across Europe.

In 2024, she won the Italian Championship for Handmade Pasta. Since then, she’s brought her passion to villas, yachts, and masterclasses from the U.S. to Abu Dhabi.
