Our Brioche of the Month has arrived, and this time we’re leaving sweetness aside.
Soft brioche meets creamy goat cheese, fresh chives, sweet melon, and Serrano ham. A delicate balance of freshness, richness, and flavour.

A seasonal creation made for long lunches, sunny walks, and slow moments in Amsterdam.

Meet our Raspberry & Elderflower Danish 💗
It’s made with soft frangipane, a bright raspberry compote, creamy Greek yogurt ganache, and a little touch of elderflower for that fresh floral finish.

It’s only been on the menu for a few days, but it already has its own little fan club… and honestly, we get it!

Fresh, fruity, creamy, and just the right amount of delicate 🧡 Come try it at Brioche!

Tiny bread pause at Brioche 🍞
Just a little heads-up: from June 3rd to June 7th, we won’t have bread at the bakery.
Yes we know, a bakery without bread sounds a bit dramatic. But don’t panic, the rest of the menu is staying right where it belongs! Pastries, coffee, sweet treats, all the good stuff. 🥐☕

Online orders won’t be available during that week either.

Bread will be back on June 10th, fresh and ready to steal the spotlight again.

It’s getting properly warm this weekend, so we’re keeping things cool, creamy, and dangerously easy to sip. Grab one, add a pastry, find a sunny spot… and pretend you don’t have 37 other things to do.

This one tastes like spring finally got its life together 🍓
Ripe strawberry, smooth vanilla, and a subtle hint of verbena tucked into our signature brioche: soft, sweet, a little fancy,but not trying too hard.
Kind of like Amsterdam when the sun actually shows up!

Our special brioche is available throughout May and June at Brioche 🧡

We’ve got two new sandwiches on the menu 🥪✨
Go for chicken or mozzarella, both made with the same fresh, flavour-packed base: mustard mayo, cucumber, avocado, pickled onions, crisp salad with vinaigrette, and a little pesto to finish it all off. They’re fresh, generous, and just what you’ll want for lunch at Brioche.

This Monday = exception mode We’re open for King’s Day, starting at 09:00… and going till sold out.
And yes, the special brioche is here: soft, filled with vanilla cream, and dressed in full orange for the occasion!

King’s Day at Brioche 🧡
We’re usually closed on Mondays… but not this one, we’re OPEN for King’s Day! 🇳🇱✨
For the occasion, we’ve created a special brioche just for the day! Soft, fluffy, filled with a delicious vanilla cream, and finished with a bright orange glaze (no orange flavor, just pure vanilla cream inside).
Swing by, grab one (or two), and celebrate with us in full orange mode. Just a heads-up: they won’t stick around for long 😉
