Over the years, this shelf at Wynand Fockink has collected decades of craftsmanship, recipes, and stories. Not only traditional recipes but also new limited edition recipes like our newest Barrel Aged Oude Genever – Ex-Tequila Cask Aged!

It’s an Oude Genever with a twist and aged in a former Tequila Partida Reposado cask. Smooth grain, juniper, citrus and soft agave notes, finished with subtle spice and refined oak.

Back in 1965, a newspaper article described the ritual at Wynand Fockink with the words: “Niet drinken, maar proeven.” Not drinking, but tasting. And that’s still exactly how we do it today.
