A one of a kind dinner: how would an Asian menu taste without a single Asian ingredient?

On September 18th, Lên Đên joins food designer ShiSoH for a night we’re calling Vietnamese x Korean. One rule. Every ingredient has to come from Dutch soil. No nước chấm flown in. No jang shipped over. No rice from home. Just two cuisines, this land, and whatever shape they find together.

Two sittings. Fri Sept 18, 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
48 seats total. €85pp, drinks not included.

One night only. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
