We are expanding our team 🤍

Lên Đên is looking for two special person to join us at the heart of the studio. Someone who can pour a Vietnamese coffee with intention, shake a cocktail with confidence, then care for a room like it is their home.

Part beverage curator, part front of house. All heart.
We will be honest with you. The days are long, the work is real, and we wash a lot of cups by hand. But if you are someone who is humble, hungry to learn, and finds quiet pride in the small things, this might be your place.

No experience needed. The right attitude is everything.

For the longest time, I’ve dreamed of crafting this experience. Since the pop-up days of 2023, I’ve always wanted to bring a new lens to our beans, the way we brew, and this beautiful ritual we share. Yes, you heard it right: RITUAL.

This omakase course is a welcome into a new chapter for my coffee venture. Crafted, grown, harvested, roasted, and presented by Vietnamese hands, throughout the entire process. Proudly, unapologetically.
