Pop ups are back!!
On that sessions i will share a 5-course creative menu based on vegetables and my flavor magic elements which are based on Fermentation, Slow cooking, Blackening, Smoking, Pickling, and Preservation.
On that night, you will also taste my homemade Kombucha and my Sourdough bread.
