As we close our 2025 season, we pause with full hearts and deep gratitude. This year, our table welcomed chefs from Brazil, Italy, Portugal, the UK, Nigeria, Copenhagen, and France — each bringing their own perspective, heritage, and talent, yet united by a shared passion and profound love for their craft. Every residency reminded us why we do this: food as a language, the table as a place of belonging, and hospitality as a powerful connector.

Across the year, friendships were formed, memories were made, and moments were shared that will stay with us long after the last plate was cleared. We are immensely proud of what we’ve created together in this ninth year of The Talent Table — a season defined not only by extraordinary cuisine, but by humanity, generosity, and genuine connection.

None of this would be possible without you. To everyone who joined us at the table, who wished they could, who followed along from afar, and who continues to carry The Talent Table forward through encouragement and enthusiasm — thank you. Your energy, curiosity, and belief in what we do are what keep this community alive.

And of course, no season would be complete without Mattia, our beloved Director of Pour Decisions, whose intuitive and exquisite wine pairings echoed every story placed on the plate. With sensitivity and precision, his selections elevated each experience, seamlessly weaving together the narratives our chefs so beautifully shared.

We’re proud of what we’ve built together this year. And we’re not done yet. We’re deeply excited for what 2026 will bring — for continued growth, deepened relationships, and the evolution of everything The Talent Table stands for.

We are thrilled to welcome Chef Lexi van Breugel to The Talent Table for her residency on November 21 + 22 — an experience grounded in purpose, passion, and planet.

From London’s Fallow to kitchens across the UK, South Korea, and Lisbon’s zero-waste SEM, Lexi’s journey has always been guided by curiosity, craft, and care for every ingredient. As co-founder of Root, she champions emerging talent and redefines what conscious, creative cuisine can be.

Her menu is a reflection of our times — inspired not by places worked, but by the state of our world. Guided by the belief that chefs hold the power to shape conscious consumption, Lexi crafts thought-provoking plates rooted in provenance, purpose, and respect for the land.

15 years ago, a dream sparked in Rome—warmth, connection, and the belief that food and wine could be more than service, they could be community. A lost battle to open a wine bar in Amsterdam could have been the end of the story. Instead, it became the beginning.

I started with pop-ups (a first for Amsterdam at the time). The traction, the energy, the support were undeniable. That spirit carried me to catering, to hosting private members in a hidden club, and ultimately to birthing The Talent Table—a platform dedicated to showcasing the brightest chefs and building community around the table.

Now, 15 years later, I’ve worked alongside some of the most brilliant talents in the world and welcomed countless guests into experiences rooted in care, creativity, and connection. What started as a small idea has grown into something far bigger than me—an ever-expanding community.

To everyone who has sat at our tables, trusted the vision, or simply cheered us on: thank you. You are part of the legacy. Because The Talent Table has always been more than dining—it’s a movement.
