As we close our 2025 season, we pause with full hearts and deep gratitude. This year, our table welcomed chefs from Brazil, Italy, Portugal, the UK, Nigeria, Copenhagen, and France — each bringing their own perspective, heritage, and talent, yet united by a shared passion and profound love for their craft. Every residency reminded us why we do this: food as a language, the table as a place of belonging, and hospitality as a powerful connector.
Across the year, friendships were formed, memories were made, and moments were shared that will stay with us long after the last plate was cleared. We are immensely proud of what we’ve created together in this ninth year of The Talent Table — a season defined not only by extraordinary cuisine, but by humanity, generosity, and genuine connection.
None of this would be possible without you. To everyone who joined us at the table, who wished they could, who followed along from afar, and who continues to carry The Talent Table forward through encouragement and enthusiasm — thank you. Your energy, curiosity, and belief in what we do are what keep this community alive.
And of course, no season would be complete without Mattia, our beloved Director of Pour Decisions, whose intuitive and exquisite wine pairings echoed every story placed on the plate. With sensitivity and precision, his selections elevated each experience, seamlessly weaving together the narratives our chefs so beautifully shared.
We’re proud of what we’ve built together this year. And we’re not done yet. We’re deeply excited for what 2026 will bring — for continued growth, deepened relationships, and the evolution of everything The Talent Table stands for.
