It started as a hobby of mine since I never came across a cake in the Netherlands that 'hit the spot' in comparison to what I was used to back in Sweden. However I was given so much positive feedback from friends, acquaintences and strangers...I decided to get a bit more serious about baking and cooking. Even though I find it important that the creations look representable, my main focus lay on consistency and flavours.
