Did you know that our banana bread is at its very best when toasted with a bit of salted butter?

Take home a slice (or three) from , pop it in your toaster / frying pan / grill / magical salamander until nice and golden brown and crispy.

Throwback to day one of Baked in Amsterdam, almost 4 years ago! My hair was shorter, I had no clue what I was in for and if you look very carefully, you'll see that my cakes are burnt 😅

Our very popular courgette & walnut loaf is soon to go on holiday as we are well and truly out of season now - you can grab a piece for one more week!
