The cider donut is one of our classics. A fried cake donut, dipped in cinnamon sugar, and made with an apple cider reduction, nodding to the donut shops we all grew up on. Now as y’all know, we enjoy switching things up, so right now we’re running a sour cherry cake donut. Same texture and slightly different flavor. Come through today to give it a try.

PEANUT BUTTER PIE: Graham cracker crust, chocolate ganache and peanut butter filling. Inspired by a pie from home in Richmond, Virginia. It’s classic, nostalgic, and absolutely delicious. Available by the slice at the deli or the diner, or pre-order a whole one for pickup.

BOMBAY 2.0 PIZZA: Makhani (butter chicken) sauce, cheese, red onions, and finished with dollops of mint green chutney. The Desi take on our Italian-American pizza flavors created by our sous chef, Lea. This pizza is her way of bringing the flavors that she grew up with in Bombay to the Stacks Deli table. First seen on our New York slices and now as a staple flavor of our Chicago tavern-style pizza. If you haven’t already, come through between 5 pm - 9 pm on Friday - Monday to give it a try.

The Beef & Pickle is kinda like our own Deli version of a patti melt. Stacked with layers of house roast beef and provolone, we start by pressing the potato bread and melting the cheese. To finish, we add dill pickles, deli sauce and fresh dill. The hot and cold combo really sets it off just nice. Available every Thursday through Monday from 11 AM - 4 PM.

Our tavern style pizzas are perfect for all ages. And the cheese ones are still just 10 euros, so it’s an easy way to quiet down those little ones without breaking the bank. Call us to order pickup or get it delivered on Uber Eats and every Friday - Monday, from 5 PM - 9 PM.

The Pastrami Reuben (halal) is back. And hopefully, for good. Due to an overwhelming response, y’all cleaned out our smoked meat coffers completely. And since it takes us 3 weeks to get the brine just right on this, we had to step up our game and increase production. Hennes (our chef) told me today that we now have enough to actually offer this every day for lunch, for the foreseeable future. Let’s prove him wrong! You can never have enough Pastrami, right?
