As many of you know, I've been collecting craft chocolate packaging for years 🧚🏼

Some wrappers were sent to me from overseas, some were your gifts, and many came from bars I bought for chocolate tastings over the years.

Now time finally came to give them a second life. This summer I turned them in to a wall-sized collages of memories, makers, flavors, and stories from the bean-to-bar world. 😊

I've been calling this series Bean-to-Bar Cartography: Carambolage🗺️

Team-building event with the people from a company working in sustainable fertilizers and plant nutrition 🤎

We talked about craft chocolate, direct trade, shared ideas and experiences, made our own chocolate bars, and tasted lots of new and exciting flavors along the way.

Delicious catering and the beautiful location in the center of Amsterdam added an extra spark to the day🧚🏼
