Today we're at WTF Utrecht 2026. As the content for today is being created as you read this, we thought a little throwback to the years before was in order.

From 2022 to 2025, we've collected quite a few memories along the way. Our team, brand ambassadors, partners and plenty of the brands we represent have all made an appearance over the years.

Different faces, different brands, different moments, but always the same thing at the heart of it: bringing the stories and tastes of our brands to you.

So before we dive into WTF Utrecht 2026, here's a look back at some of our favourite moments from the years before.

See you at WTF!

A look behind the curtain. Luc and Pierre explain why the coperies expressions are made in a charentais still, and what effect the double distillation in a smaller pot still has on the final product.

After the distillation processes the Coperies expressions have different post-production processes which makes them distinctly different from one another, but still share some similarities. Read on to find the differences in the process for every expression.

Original: First the distillation is doubly run in copper pot stills, giving a round and elegant malt distillate. Thenthe spirit is aged in French oak barrels, balancing new and old casks, for subtle spicy notes and silky tannins. The result is a floral and fruity whisky of an unequalled finesse.

Les Ocres: After its usual aging in French oak barrels, its malt distillates are finished separately in different French fortified wine barrels (Pineau des Charentes and Maury), then blended.

Les Brumes: It undergoes an initial maturation in French oak casks, followed by a finishing period in ex-peated whisky barrels. This singular ageing imparts delicate smoky notes that merge seamlessly into the whisky’s structure, adding both depth and elegance.

📩 You have a message.

And it is a good one. 👀

Throughout September, selected World Whiskey expressions are 10% off, making this a great moment to explore whiskey beyond the familiar.

And because no good drink goes without the right mixer, selected Artisan Mixers are 15% off this month too.

Two deals. Plenty to discover.

September is World Whiskey Month. 🥃

We are seeing interest in whiskey expand beyond the traditional whiskey regions, with bartenders and drinks professionals becoming increasingly curious about new styles, production methods and flavour profiles from emerging whiskey regions around the world.

From American Single Malts to Mexican whiskey and innovative expressions from Europe, there is more to explore than ever.

This month, we are putting the spotlight on the evolving world of whiskey and the people, places and ideas pushing the category forward.

Let’s explore what’s beyond the familiar.

Great hospitality is built through more than what is poured into the glass.

At Grapes & Olives in The Hague, Aperitivo a Lido takes place on the last Sunday of every month, bringing guests a fixed selection of aperitivo serves designed for easy, high-quality enjoyment: bright, fresh and full of flavour.

For the first edition, our colleague Allan was behind the bar to help kick things off and serve the signature menu featuring: MESAMIS Sicilian Orange (enjoy.mesamis), Amerisse Orange (amerissebitter), Doragrossa Bergamotto Liqueur, Doragrossa Mediterranean Gin (doragrossa_liquori)

Activations like these are a great example of how we support our partners beyond the bottle, helping bring consistency, experience and energy to the bar while turning the venue into a true destination for aperitivo culture.

Great spirits deserve great context.

Earlier this year, we travelled to Jerez to visit González Byass, where we explored the stories, craftsmanship and production behind the brands in our portfolio. From tasting the different expressions of La Copa, to discovering the character of Lepanto Brandy and Nomad Outland Whisky, seeing the process firsthand gave us a deeper understanding of what makes each bottle unique.

Experiences like these help us do what we love most: bringing knowledge, heritage and craftsmanship back to our partners and their teams.

And if La Copa Blanco caught your attention, this is the perfect month to try it. It's part of our August featured selection with 10% off.

What's so grape about these bottles?

Grapes can become far more than wine.

From the traditions of Vermouth di Torino, to authentic Peruvian pisco and the craftsmanship of Cognac, these bottles showcase how origin, grape variety and production methods shape entirely different drinking experiences.

Behind every bottle is a category worth exploring and a story worth sharing with your guests.

Which one would you like to see on your back bar?

Throwing it back to 2019, when we gathered partners and friends from the hospitality industry for an evening dedicated to discovering Waqar Pisco at A Musee.

Good spirits have always been about more than what's in the glass. They're about bringing people together, sharing knowledge and creating conversations that continue long after the last pour.

We're looking forward to hosting you again soon.

Vermouth is having a moment.

When publications like Vogue start talking about vermouth, it's clear this historic category is finding a new audience. Behind the bar, however, many bartenders have known its potential for years.

Whether served over ice, in a classic aperitivo or as a key ingredient in cocktails, vermouth continues to prove its versatility. With a growing interest in the fortified wine, there's never been a better time to revisit this category.

Swipe through to see why vermouth deserves a place on every back bar.
