Sweet Tooth Club:
Since the summer of 2019 I organise Kombucha/Cocktails & Pastry/Savoury Pairing events at the brewery. This sparked the idea to bring people together in a new location. External events:
With my 2 mobile cocktail bars I facilitate and host custom made Kombucha/Cocktail & Food p

airing events. I organise tastings on partners' locations, active participation in wine fairs and radio beer podcasts from Oedipus. Artistic collaboration:
Together with ambient techno DJ Max Abysmal I organise ‘Cricket Diner & Orchestra’, where we tease all our senses.

As Friday until 8pm, then dj set with our friends Clint, Siepo, Norihiko, and Tommy until late .

We are really excited as the event is starting to take shape!

What is to come in the next few months?

After attending in October 2024 the Convention and meeting so many brewers at the in Barcelona, it became clear that I need to pause the production and go traveling to visit other breweries, tea producers, taprooms. As a small brewer, it is very difficult to free some time to discuss with colleagues, do cool fermentation projects, and collaborate on events, special editions, taproom events... Each brewer has its own vision, I can't wait to see you again!

April's planning is out! The brewery is open again from Friday to Sunday, from 10 am until 6 pm.
Thursday is reserved for delivery 🍾
Last weekend of the month on appointment only as it will probably be a little hectic.

Let's open some bottles together and get you sorted out for those sunny days!

What goals has LYS achieved?

After 7 years of experimentation, Leave Your Sword has completed important milestones. Create a STABLE kombucha that brings forward TEA LEAF AROMAS, SENSE OF PLACE with NO VINEGARY TASTE, NO ADDED CO2, NO DILLUTION, NO RESIDUAL SUGARS, NO ADDITIVES, NO PASTEURISATION, NO FILTRATION.
After several trials and errors and a community that supported the development by being loyal and understood the product, Leave Your Sword is proud to offer this low interventionist kombucha that will be served the 11.04 & 12.04 during EXPLORE, our Kombucha multisensorial experience...

AMSTERDAM DEFINITIVE CLOSURE 20.04.2025

To all the friends, customers and guests that the project Leave Your Sword gathered during these past years, THANK YOU. Without you this project wouldn't have been possible.

We will be permanently closing the brewery in Amsterdam on the 20-04-2025. If you want to grab your LAST LYS BOTTLES please come and join us at the taproom. The LAST OPEN DAYS for sales will be:
friday 4/saturday 5/sunday 6 /friday 11/saturday 12/friday 18/saturday 19/sunday 20

We are keen to fulfill all your orders, DM and it will be organised. You can still ORDER ONLINE and we will ship straight away.

If you want to experience our kombucha we will also be serving it by the draft during EXPLORE, our multisensorial event on 11th and 12th April (more on the website, link in bio). You will also be able to take away bottles on the event date.
