Omnipollo X Moksa / All The Coconut

Following on from the All The Vanilla brew, here’s another deep investigation into the power of coconut in this extremely rich, decadent and layered BA Imperial Stout.

Pouring as black as crude oil, and with a beautiful viscosity, the first thing that will hit you is the beautiful aromas of rich dark chocolate and luxurious coconut. Flavour follows on this path, with layers of coconut and some barrel notes resulting in an unbelievably smooth and soft expression of what is essentially a liquid dessert.

There is no way this should be this smooth - just another great beer!

Heady Bangers from Alchemist!

Big, bitter and uncompromising. These are two of the best, two beers which meet the hype, and are ready and waiting in-store and online.

If you’re sick of juice, begging for some dankness, or want an IPA or DIPA which punch rather than caress - these are your beers. They may have helped start the haze-craze, but these beers owe a debt of gratitude to the West Coast and the IBU wars - simply amazing balance and depth for beers of this level of aggression, and illustrations of just what hand-selected Citra and Mosaic (and some mystery hops?) can produce.

Cantillon / Gueuze 2025 + Rosé de Gambrinus

Two beers that need no introduction from the undisputed kings of Lambic, Cantillon.

If you want an introduction to Gueuze and fruited Lambics, you can definitely do worse than these two beers.

The Gueuze is an absolute classic, and can be found on terraces and bars throughout Brussels and the surrounds for good reason. A blend 1,2 and 3 year old lambic, this beer offers extraordinary depth of flavour, with lemon, green apple, hay and touches of wood and funk all combining to make for a great beer. Lightly acidic and dry, this one is a perfect beer for a sunny afternoon!

Rosé de Gambrinus on the other hand is a great example of what can be done with high quality fruits, blended and fermented in the hands of a master brewer. Pouring a glorious hue of rich red, this beer looks as good as it tastes. On the nose you’re getting a heady mix of tart raspberry, lemon, some cut grass and endless funk. This one is RIPE, and rewards slow drinking with a beautiful acidity and dryness balancing out the rich raspberry notes. Maybe the perfect beer?

Triple TIPA Tree House Drop!

Huge drop today with a triple threat of triple IPAs from the best in the business! Too many hops in this drop to run through them all, but we’re loving the combination of classic US C-hops with some ultra-modern NZ varietals. Bringing some great bitterness combined with huge tropical juice notes which give these beers layers and layers of flavour!

If you’re not so keen on hitting it hard today, then check out Komodo - a great Rice IPA with Citra, Amarillo and the less common Lotus hop. It’s a great experiment in malt and hop combos, with the addition of rice bringing a lovely crispness to this beer which compliments the bittering hops. Great beer!

Hazy and Clear Crushers From Parish!

These small cans pack some pretty big flavour - with Dr Juice and Gulf Coast bringing two completely different, but absolutely delicious styles of IPAs into a smaller can you can CRUSH!

We’ve had these consistently in our fridges for the last year, and we’re always happy to recommend them to anyone who wants an easy drinker that doesn’t skimp on hops. Dr Juice is a fruit bomb, with passionfruit, papaya, and blood orange all over top of a creamy-smooth base. It’s definitely got a touch of New England in there!

Gulf Coast on the other hand is super clean, dry and… clear! It’s loaded up with Dulcita hops which bring a touch of citrus and a hit of tropical notes, but all over a much more crisp base which lends itself to sessions. It’s extremely bright and precise, with a great balance between malt and hops which make it super crushable!

Natural Wines Sunday Brunch Edition: Pet Nats!

If you’re after some fresh and breezy bubbles this Sunday, then we have got you covered with these three Pet Nats from Piri Naturel and Finca Mas.

From Piri Naturel we’ve got two Pet Nats - one for those who like the classics, and a funky and wild Pet Nat co-fermented with foraged quince! As you’d expect from this guy, you’re getting some depth from the quince on top of a floral/green apple hit from the Riesling. Great stuff!

The Perdut Pulmo from Finca Mas is one of our favourite wines of this summer, with the dry, crisp and fruit-forward notes combining beautifully with the soft carbonation in our glasses. Pairs well and works beautifully as an aperitif, or with a light meal. Lively, and zesty!

Natural Rosé and Orange Wines In Stock!

With all of our US IPAs dropping, it’s easy to forget that we’re also rocking a great selection of natural wines in store! Today we’re shining a little light on three beauties from Germany and Spain from Katla Wines and Pinyolet Vinyaters.

If you’re looking for some fresh, bright and lively late-summer vino, then look no further than these guys. Doris is darker than your average Rosé, but still beautifully bright with an electric acidity balancing out notes of blueberry and cranberry, while Sassy lives up to its name with a zesty and fresh hit at 10% which makes it the perfect aperitif wine!

The Sinestesia Rosé from Spain is also hitting these same notes, albeit even gentler than Doris. We’re getting some tart red berry, bright and zesty citrus and a hint of elderflower in the end making this one a perfect summer drop. Don’t be fooled by the lightness though, it’s still 14% and has a bit of structure to keep it from completely floating away on the breeze.
