We are so excited to finally announce our grand opening weekend this month!! 🩷🩵🩷 Come and celebrate on Friday 23rd August till Sunday 25th August with us and our visiting teams who will cook up a storm on the Hertogstraat 46. To celebrate the grand opening we have invited our friends from London from the epic restaurant to take over our kitchen and bring some extra delecious bottles. Sunday’s matinee will be taken care of by our great friends from Rotterdam // walk in only, looking forward to seeing you all!

We are so happy to release the new vintages of .vins Laurent and Melissa from Rivesaltes near Perpignan. They were lucky with a good downpour after a long period of drought (third year in Perpignan) bringing a great freshness to this year’s vintage. Beautiful on the fruit and great mineral is showing in all the cuvée. The challenging climate makes it more important than ever to. Create good soil health which they establish with no ploughing method and using green manure. In the cellar the same practice remains; shirt whole bunch maceration pressed very gently and aged mainly on steel and neutral tanks with the addition of Alain Castexs Concrete and Amphora.

Releasing all vintages to trade. We also have some Guru. A beautiful hommage to Alain Castex made with the last grapes on Alain’s amphora in magnum only. Very limited so don’t hold on ceremony! Also releasing the Memo ‘23 in the shop now! 70 year old Macabeu farmed by Laurent’s grandfather. This wine is a banger showing great high notes of tropical fruit and pears, freshness, grip and salinity. A real summer staple. Bring on that sun 🌞

Thank you for all the kind words. We are so excited for the bar to open! In the meantime. Shop will be open today again till Saturday. 12:00-18:00. Make sure you see the exhibition “Some towels” by as this week is the last week to be able to buy and or see her beautiful work 💙

We have great bottles for the increasingly good weather, lots of new deliveries from Languedoc and Germany. See you at the Klarestraat. 🍇

Go follow .cafe for all updates on our new exciting project! We hopefully will open our bar with lots of our imported wine, a fine selection of more wine, small snack menu and specialty coffee.
