Dit is letterlijk een koelkastaanval op een plat brood - en het was verrukkelijk lekker 😋 Restjes rucolapesto van het feestje van zondag werden gemengd met restjes roomkaas van het feestje van woensdag om de basis te vormen die over het brood werd uitgesmeerd, gegarneerd met restjes geroosterde asperges en courgettes, wat pistachepesto vermengd met wat olijfolie, een handvol cherrytomaatjes en ik ben helemaal blij! Totale kosten €0!

This is literally a fridge raid on a flat bread - and it was scrummy good 😋 Leftover rocket pesto from Sundays party got mixed with left over cream cheese from Wednesdays party to form the base spead over the bread, topped with leftover roast asparagus and courgettes, some pistachio pesto loosened with some olive oil, a handful of cherry tomatoes and I am one happy bunny! Total cost €zero!

Ricotta and fig ice cream is the bomb! Gusto de Pol in Princenhage has the best ice-cream!
