just opened in Rotterdam after first making their name in Tokyo and you can really taste that authentic Japanese craftsmanship. 🍜

Before ordering you fill in a sheet to customize everything with your choice of broth soy salt miso or vegan miso plus your noodle type noodle texture and your preferred salt and oil level. This is something we have seen very uncommonly in this country. 🔥

The chef sources local ingredients and combines them with real Japanese flavours which results in a deep rich bowl full of umami. I was genuinely impressed because the quality and effort shine through in every sip.

They are open 6 days a week closed on Wednesdays and they serve lunch on Fridays and weekends. A must visit for ramen lovers in Rotterdam. 🇯🇵
