We just poured the first glasses of TON at and .

Both places have been serving Tommie Sjef since the early days.

TON is a single barrel wild ale, served lightly carbonated from draft to showcase the character of individual barrels.

This first release comes from Barrel No. 205, a former Bordeaux red wine barrel filled more than three years ago.

Dark cherry and blackberry, gentle oak.
Drinking beautifully now, with many years ahead.
