I make everything fresh from scratch, using as many organic ingredients as possible and using only the best that the season has to offer to make the tastiest cakes. Ido not use any processed ingredients and avoid things as additives, palm oil, colorants and flavor enhancers.

I love nature and have the greatest respect for our planet. That is why I am working as sustainable as possible and think about ways to work more environmentally friendly every single day. I believe that my love for baking and eating cake combined with honest and natural ingredients makes a truly great product.
