Whether it’s throwing herself onto the dance floor at a village festival or calling our very much non-existent HR department, she’s always ready to jump right in.

Quick with a comeback, permanently up for anything, and running on a coffee made at 8 AM and finally drunk at 3 PM.

The undisputed queen of the extruder.

Don’t let the quiet fool you.
She’s got jokes, she’s got attitude, and she knows exactly how to handle a machine full of dough.

Small but mighty. Dangerously good at extruding.

Scande, for the hood.

Looks like a city, but it’s actually Milan.

The Madonnina in his heart, Inter in his blood, and some serious pasta-making skills in his hands.

Kind, polite, and an absolute beast when it comes to pasta.

And just when you least expect it, he drops a perfectly timed joke out of nowhere.

And somehow, after a whole year of working together, he still believes the absolute bu****it I tell him.

Quietly hilarious. Dangerously good at pasta.

One year of al dente as fu*k.

Exactly one year?

Nope. Nothing about this project was ever exact.

Months had to be squeezed into days.
Days somehow needed 46 hours.
Overtime became the norm.
And making it happen was the only fu*king goal.

None of this would have happened without PIETER D’HOOP — culinary photographer —

The fu*king best dude out there.
And, as it turns out, he takes some pretty decent pictures too.
