Reflects the past year. A year with real challenges and moments of doubt, but also with progress and growth. Every challenge brought a lesson, and step by step we kept moving forward. Along the way, we reached milestones that mean a lot to us, and that balance is exactly what we wanted to capture in this beer.
Brewed over two long days to build depth, richness, and structure. This stout is a blend of two different recipes, each created for its own barrel, and aged in Laird’s apple brandy and Taconic bourbon barrels. - 14,4%

Small format Bourbon barrel-aged Melomel W/ Blueberry, Blackberry, schaarbeekse krieken and Vanilla. - 13,7%
Roasted paradox 2025 - Colombia Sebastian Gomez Caturra (1 pp)
Is a rich and velvety oatmeal coffee stout that balances depth, softness and intensity. The addition of oats creates a smooth, creamy body, supporting pronounced flavours of the coffee.
This beer is dry beaned with freshly roasted coffee from Friedhats Coffee Roasters. We selected a Colombia Caturra from producer Sebastián Gómez of Finca La Divisa in Quindío, naturally processed and grown at 1700–1800 meters above sea level. The coffee brings notes of roasted pineapple, hot chocolate with rum and papaya, which we set out to amplify within the stout.
In the beer, these characteristics translate into subtle cocoa warmth, bright caramelized pineapple, a bit acidity and a smooth, elegant roast that complements the dark malt base. - 12,9%

Export Coffee Stout w/ Rwanda Impano Coffee by Friedhats. Built on friendship and the comfort of a good pint. Deep roast, black coffee and a touch of sweetness meet in this export-strength stout, brewed with Rwanda beans from Friedhats. Honest, unpolished, and made to be shared preferably somewhere with wooden floors and good company. - 6,9%

Below are the rules for this release.

- Tickets should be exchanged for bottles/cans on Sunday 21th of December between 12:00 and 14:30 at Brouwerij Bravoure, penningweg 31F in Etten-Leur. Tickets (digital or printed) must be shown in person to receive the bottles.
- Persons must be 18 years or older to purchase tickets, which can be proved with a valid photo ID when redeeming the tickets (collecting the bottles).
- There is a maximum of one order per person.
- Proxies collecting orders for others are allowed for this edition and must be 18 years or older (maximum 2). Proxies do NOT need to be specified or named in advance, provided they can provide an original proof of purchase AND a copy of a photo ID of the original purchaser. Electronic copies are allowed.
- Each ticket entitles to (1) one item of the bottle/can/package mentioned on the ticket. Additional orders exceeding the stated limits will be canceled without notice.
- All uncollected items remaining after the collection window will be forfeited. No bottles will be collected outside the said window. Orders of uncollected bottles will be refunded less 20% re-stocking fee.
- There is no possibility of shipment of beers without exception.
- All sales are final and will not be taken back or exchanged.
- Persons attempting to violate this policy may not be eligible for future bottle purchases.
