A fantastic result at the 𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐲 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐛𝐲 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 at Landgoed Mariënwaerdt in Beesd. 𝐊𝐨𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐌𝐢𝐞𝐧 𝟒𝟎, a daughter of 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐝, was crowned champion in the 𝐑𝐞𝐝 & 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬.

Her herdmates also achieved strong results:
🔹 Kooymans Nora 66 P (s. 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐱𝐚𝐬 𝐏 𝐑𝐞𝐝) – Honourable Mention Red & White intermediate class

🔹 Kooymans Lisa 14 (s. 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐫) – Honourable Mention in the Red & White senior cow class

Wideview Mjolnir comes from an exceptional pedigree that produced two legendary Holstein bulls: Jorryn and Sunny Boy.
His dam, Pietje 3878, is a trouble-free cow with outstanding production and a lactation value of 153. His granddam, Pietje 1055, has now achieved a lifetime production of more than 82,000 kg of milk, with almost 4% protein and an average lactation value of 129.
In short, Wideview Mjolnir has the complete package: a top cow family, faultless conformation and high production.

𝐄𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐰𝐞𝐢𝐬𝐬 𝟔, a daughter of 𝐁𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐱 from Sven Wargerink’s herd, was assessed by two herdbook classifiers.
This resulted in this third-calver receiving the 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐬!
Her beautiful type was rewarded with 91 points. Her strong frame and supple, high-quality udder received 89 points. Her four outstanding legs and feet were awarded EX 90.
Altogether, this beautiful Red Max daughter achieved a final score of 𝐄𝐗 𝟗𝟎 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬. Congratulations!

Polled genetics, strong components and a reliable cow family come together in 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐬𝐤𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐭 𝐌𝐨𝐡𝐚𝐰𝐤 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐏.
This homozygous polled Mo PP son descends from the strong Warsi cow family. His dam, Wilskracht Warsi 1580 P, completed her first lactation with 10,742 kg of milk, 4.55% fat and 3.78% protein. Granddam Wilskracht Warsi 1311 P also confirms the strength of this family, averaging 5.00% fat and 3.97% protein over three lactations.
Mohawk Red PP combines polled genetics with high milk production, strong components, good functional traits and appealing conformation. He is also A2/A2 and has aAa code 243.

K.I. Samen makes room for new cow families.
Mostwanted Red comes from the relatively unknown Roza cow family, bred by Gerben Slaghekke from Hengevelde. His dam, Roza 74 (EX 91), was successful at regional shows and stands out for her strong dairy character and impressive production figures.
Mostwanted Red is a true corrective bull. His daughters show plenty of width in the front end and start production easily. In addition, he combines a strong body condition score with positive protein percentages and good health traits.
An interesting Red Holstein bull for those aiming to breed functional cows with width, condition and a strong foundation from a new cow family.
