Uiltje Brewing Company Craft beer brewery from Haarlem, The Netherlands. Focused on fresh beers with a super high quality standard, plus run the nicest company to work in!

Focussing on becoming the best instead of the biggest. Our mission is pretty much monomaniacal: to brew f*cking good beer. We call it craft-y beer because the owl’s got a sharp, uncompromised tongue and a penchant for mischief. On a typical day we toy with the familiar – unfiltered lager, silky heffeweizen and puckery American IPA, anyone? – but at night we explore the crafty beer extremes from our medieval watering hole Haarlem (That’s Haarlem with two ‘a’s, the Dutch one, and the namesake of New York’s single-‘a’ed Harlem). Really truly, our idea of fun is abusing the rauchbeer-Scotch ale-sour beer-oak-aged Imperial Stout-Barley wine clichés. The first rule of owl school: when using hops think in wheelbarrows and not buckets. So enjoy us, drink us and by all means hop fans abuse us right back – ideally via our social media channels where we announce our very active new creations.

Don’t call her cute — she’ll kick you right in the crown jewels. Call her Juicy Lucy.
Meet our tropical, kick-ass NEIPA: Juicy Lucy. A full-throttle explosion of juicy fruit, tough enough to put any fancy-pants IPA in its place, yet charming enough to make even the most die-hard pilsner boss fall head over heels.
We’ve got big expectations for our core-superhero NEIPA. Because this Lucy is freakin’ juicy. 🍍💥🍻

Over the past two months you could already catch it at two tap takeovers and a festival, but only on draught. Cruel, we know. That nonsense ends now: Hella Dolcita is finally available in cans.

Why chase penguins? Because they’re so cute and clumsy? We turned to Clayton Hops for advice. These Kiwis know hops and, because they’re Kiwi, they know penguins, too. Their advice? There is no wrong, there is no right, but if you’ve gotta chase something, chase NZ Rhapzody™ instead. Formerly known as CIP 014 this explosively tropical hop is beyond cute, beyond clumsy. So we chased it, and we canned it. It’s a hop that makes our hearts drop. So long, penguins. 🐧
