You never knew this about chicken:

1. Korean fried chicken is the only chicken that gets fried twice. The first fry cooks the chicken, while the second fry drives out moisture and makes the skin unbelievably thin and crispy. It creates that signature crack when you bite into it.

2. The korean fried chicken sauce is designed to keep the chicken’s crunch. The sauces are carefully formulated so they can coat the chicken while keeping as much of that crunch as possible. Sweet, spicy, salty, acidic and umami flavors are balanced extremely precisely. You should come try it!

3. Koreans love fried chicken so much they invented a word that combines “chicken” and “God”: Chi-neunim. You could say that we sell Godly chikin 👀

4. Our sauces aren’t “Korean style” or a local interpretation. We work with the only importer of Korean products in the Netherlands, so what you’re tasting is actually Korean. Even our snacks and drinks come straight from Korea.

5. Most takeaway chicken was never designed to survive the trip to your couch. Our whole concept is built around delivery and pickup, from the recipe to the packaging, so it’s made to still crackle when it reaches you!
