Jij wilt als gastheer of gastvrouw natuurlijk geen moment van de happening missen. Vandaar dat wij je met liefde de organisatie uit handen nemen. Wij brengen jouw ideeën tot leven, dat is onze expertise. Van beurzen en seminars tot festivals en open dagen; op locatie, online of hybride. Van de allereerste uitnodiging tot het uitzwaaien van de laatste gasten. We verzorgen de planning, de locatie, h

et draaiboek, de aankleding, enthousiaste sprekers en het entertainment. Ook op de dag zelf nemen wij de regie voor onze rekening. En over de rekening gesproken. Tijdens het gehele proces bewaken wij het budget. Daardoor blijft die glimlach na een geslaagd event extra lang op je gezicht. Jouw evenement, onze passie.

Over the past 3.5 weeks, we have been busy bringing multiple events to life: the Open Day, the Hospitality Pact event in Amsterdam, the Inauguration in Emmen, and the Selection Days for both the Bachelor’s and Associate Degree programmes. Through great teamwork, dedication, and many hours at the office, we turned these events into reality and successfully delivered each one. Proud of what we have accomplished so far! 🥂

It was an inspiring and educational event with a diverse lineup of speakers who shared their experiences and personal stories, it truly became a meaningful and inspiring day, thank you to all of them for their contributions!

Celebrating milestones, memories, and the next chapter

We had the honor of organizing a beautiful graduation event for the students of and . An afternoon filled with proud moments, laughter, and well-deserved applause. We at Meeting u are beyond excited to have been part of this unforgettable occasion! From the very first stages of planning to being there on the day itself, bringing this event to life was an incredible experience.

Propaedeutic Ceremony Recap Academy LTH 🎓

Looking back at a small but meaningful event.

Hotel Management School students received their propaedeutic certificates, a well-deserved milestone and a moment to reflect on the work they’ve put in so far.

We were especially proud to see our own Meeting u Manager students, Tim and Aimee, up there as well. Usually they’re the ones making everything run smoothly in the background, so this moment felt extra special.

These are now familiar faces with an important step behind them, and this week, we’ll be introducing our new batch who are just getting started.
