𝗔 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘅 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆!🚜

After many years of reliable service, it was time for the next step.

With a growing herd, the customer's previous Triomix had become too small. At the same time, the limited clearance height in the existing building called for a smart and efficient solution.

The answer: a brand-new 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘅 𝗦𝟮 𝟭𝟰𝟬𝟬 𝗩𝗟𝗛-𝗕 – the first new-generation Triomix delivered in Southern Germany!

The new machine combines proven technology with several important innovations, including:
✔️ 4-metre loading height
✔️ Wide discharge belt for high output
✔️ New 5-point weighing system
✔️ Progressive mixing augers for a fast and homogeneous mix

The customer also chose the proven punch cutter system once again known for its simple and reliable design, low wear costs, low fuel consumption and a clean silage face.
With Load-Sensing operation and a modern camera package, the new Triomix is ready for efficient and comfortable operation.

𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲-𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗮̈𝗱𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗼𝗳 ⚡️

With 84 dairy cows and a strong focus on energy autonomy, the Schädler family was looking for a feeding solution that would fit their farm concept. Their answer: the Hybrid Solomix 2.

Combining PTO drive with an electric motor, the mixer wagon allows them to make optimal use of the electricity generated by their 265 kWp solar installation. In combination with their battery storage system, this helps reduce diesel consumption and wear on the tractor.

The result is a feeding solution that combines lower diesel consumption and reduced wear with improved mixing quality.

𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀. 𝗔 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗺𝗶𝘅𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻. 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗸𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀. 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

The Solomix 2 is built to create a fast and homogeneous mix, while the Dual Flow principle moves the feed both vertically and horizontally through the mixing tub.
And when the mixing is done? Large doors, wide conveyor units and double auger wings help ensure a smooth and even discharge.

Available from 10 to 36 m³, because farms come in different sizes and shapes, and so do our feed mixers!🚜

This morning, we had the pleasure of welcoming Wilfred Fokker and his oldest son to Trioliet.
Wilfred and his family are the owners of Gina Dairy LLC, located in Ohio City, Ohio, USA. On their dairy farm, they are working with two Trioliet Solomix 3 4000L (40 m³) feed mixers.

It was a great opportunity to meet in person, exchange experiences and talk about dairy farming, feeding and the role of reliable equipment on the farm.

We always enjoy meeting the people behind the machines and hearing how our equipment is being used on farms around the world. 🌎
