Miss Linh proudly partners with the Dutch Business Association Vietnam (DBAV) to bring Vietnamese SMEs access to the Ready to Export (R2E) Program - an initiative funded by the Government of the Netherlands to support local businesses in expanding to the European/Dutch market and joining the supply chains of Dutch companies operating in Vietnam.

Through this collaboration, Miss Linh aims to empower Vietnamese enterprises with greater international exposure, strategic connections, and practical export capabilities to compete in global markets.

Vermaat Group is one of the Netherlands’ top names in hospitality and catering, so for Miss Linh, being invited to cook at their HQ felt a bit like bringing Vietnam to the Champions League of foodservice.

Even better: the road was already paved. Thanks to the collaboration between 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗵, 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗼, Miss Linh Nghia Mama Phở bouillon bases are already available at Sligro. And since Vermaat already works with Sligro, exploring Vietnamese cuisine for their kitchens became a lot easier - no drama, no detours, just perfect timing.

Our mission was simple: to show how two of Vietnam’s most loved dishes - 𝗣𝗵𝗼̛̉ noodle soup and 𝗕𝗮́𝗻𝗵 𝗠𝗶̀ (Vietnamese baguette) - can work beautifully in Vermaat’s large professional kitchens. Popular with guests, practical for chefs, and full of flavour. A rare triple win.

Bringing Vietnamese Culinary Excellence to VCHO Events

On March 30 and 31, something special happened ✨

Miss Linh joined the 𝗩𝗖𝗛𝗢 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗷𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗸𝗼𝗺𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻, inspiring events organized by VCHO, bringing together over 120 Asian horeca entrepreneurs at De Malle Jan and Wereldkeuken van Woensel.

While experts shared insights on topics like the 𝘬𝘰𝘬𝘳𝘦𝘨𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 and new lease car regulations, the real magic for us happened around the food 🍜✨

We proudly introduced our new frozen snack range, featuring 𝗴𝗲𝗯𝗮𝗸𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗮𝗻 - made in Vietnam from naturally sweet bananas, with no added sugar or additives. Pure, authentic Vietnamese goodness.

Guests enjoyed a full lunch presented by various VCHO partners, with Miss Linh contributing crispy 𝗴𝗲𝗯𝗮𝗸𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗮𝗻, crunchy 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗼𝘀𝗮𝘀, and a rich 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝘆 - brought to life in our first collaboration with RG Grootkeuken, using the high-tech Rational steamer. Fast, efficient, and full of flavor.

Beyond the tastings, the showcase area allowed partners like Miss Linh, Yama, Havink, and many others to connect directly with horeca professionals. We presented a wide range of Vietnamese products, receiving strong interest and very positive feedback.

On March 24, Miss Linh had the pleasure of serving 350 bowls of authentic Vietnamese Phở at Sligro Headquarters in Veghel – each bowl made with Nghia Mama Phở bouillon, bringing a true taste of Vietnam to every guest.

But this was more than just a lunch. It marked the first time Vietnamese Phở was served at the Sligro HQ canteen - a pilot showing how easy and scalable it has become to bring the flavours of Vietnam into corporate foodservice.

MissLinh were honored to be part of a special evening celebrating the launch of Vietnam Airlines’ new nonstop route from Amsterdam to Hanoi, starting 16 June 2026. The event brought together valued partners for a memorable night of connection and celebration.
