Lady Amarilla proved its qualities at the World French Fry Championship in Arras, France 🥔. André Vanlerberghe, co-founder of La Chips Française, won first prize in the new ‘Artisan Crisps’ category with this variety. Why Lady Amarilla? "The skin adds something special, both aesthetically and in terms of flavour", he says.
