Clandestine Paella Club The club for complex and contradictory paella lovers We love food. We love Rotterdam. We love contradiction and complexity. We love hybridity. Somewhere.

We believe that beauty can happen under unstable conditions. We believe that cooking is a social activity that promotes cultural interaction and collaboration. We love unexpected and unpredictable situations. We love meaningful experiences.
--------
Our Action nr. 1 is named after Nomad Paella. We define a route to discover Rotterdam again with new tools. A pan, a fire and some excepcional fresh ingredients is all what we need. Our monthly Nomad Paella will be cooked between you and us. We will explain you how to do it and we will enjoy together. We want to colonize some forgotten spaces for a couple of hours. A domestic experience in an urban scenario.
