We offer business catering, event catering and tour support. Future projects involve workshops and lectures. On the road and in the office we are putting Vital food on the local map, eating with us every meal is flavorful, organic and gives a natural energy boost. Vega stamina will arrange a smooth introduction with all things plantbased. All our organic produce comes from farms within 50km from D

elft. We love our growers and we work with them through the 4 seasons. We cater with stainless steel cutlery and plates at event dining or business meetings and offer biodegradable palmleaf options for take away at festivals. As we are part of Fruithaven Ecovillage & Retreat center in Ecuador every bite you eat will help us plant more trees in the Foodforest and creates a local economy with the jobs we provide for local people. 30% of our funds go towards growing the community and making it a welcoming place for all visitors.

Tomorrow it's another (r)evolution in Bruges!!! Leaving Babylon will be there with a pop up kitchen and some proper Ital food!

Naturally VSC has progressed from tiny beginnings to a massive collective of people helping to provide proper / local / organic / ital food for everyone.
We are now joining forces with the Leaving Babylon movement so all donations will be directly forwarded to our collective project!
