We are honoured to have a beer pouring at Little Beer Quarter's 15th Birthday on the 18th of July (pouring 17th-19th). LBQ is a pub close to our hearts. In an act of symmetry we are brewing a batch of Sceptred Warrior, one of our first beers from the first age of Southstar back in 2012.

A key ingredient to our southern English style old ale, Every Prophet in His House is invert sugar number 3. This dark brewing sugar gives the beer a wonderful rummy dark fruitiness. We make it ourselves as it isn't available down here.
