📢 IT’S FINALLY HEREEE 🔥🔥

🍧BINGSU🍧

It’s taken a while but we are confident that the wait was worth it 🥹. We are currently still in the soft launch period, hence we only offer one flavour as of yet:
🥭 mango passionfruit bingsu 🥭
Milk-based shaved fluffy ice cream. Topped with mango, mango passionfruit sorbet and sweetened milk 🤤.

We are working hard on expanding to more flavours: matcha 🍵, strawberry 🍓, melon 🍉 and possibly more.
Just stay tuned 🙌.

But before we get ahead of ourselves..

🤨What is Bingsu (Bingsoo/ 冰水)?
Bingsu is a milk-based (sometimes water-based) Korean shaved ice dessert. It may come with toppings like fresh fruit, fruit syrup, red beans or condensed milk.
It’s a beloved and popular dessert in Korea, and nowadays available anywhere in Asia 🤩 (and quickly garnering attention in Europe as well).

We are helping a school raise money for a charity they support. For €1,75 you can get yourself a delicious homemade brownie tomorrow and Saturday. We have had these brownies before and the person makes them perfectly: right amount of crunch and chewy on the inside.

So don’t miss out on these!

P.s. the brownies are cash only! So we can give the proceeds to the school.
