Wij maken kombucha in Utrecht, voor Utrechters. Duurzaamheid is ons belangrijkste doel en inspiratiebron. Hieraan dragen wij bij door lokale voedselsystemen te versterken, lokale producten te gebruiken, en te leveren aan de lokale markt.
