You arrived at FRITâZZA with little kitchen experience but so much passion, curiosity and eagerness to learn. Two weeks later, you were making pizza fritta like youâd been doing it forever. And that was just the beginning.
You became the smile behind the counter, our biggest advocate for more vegan options, the guy always ready to experiment and ask the kind of questions that make us think twice. And of course, the guy who finally allowed me to take a day off every now and then. đ
