Ricardo komt elk jaar in Italië en Esther ging een aantal keer mee. Limoncello is een likeur die vooral bereid wordt in het zuiden van Italië, rond de golf van Napels, langs de Amalfikust en op het eiland Capri. Limoncello wordt ook geproduceerd op Sicilië, Sa
rdinië en Malta en zelfs in Frankrijk en Californië. Traditioneel werd limoncello gemaakt met citroenen uit de omgeving van Sorrento. Limoncello werd in Italië oorspronkelijk als digestief na de maaltijd gedronken, al is de likeur tegenwoordig ook populair in mixen met Prosecco en tonic. De EsRi wordt gemaakt van de lekkerste citroenen die met veel liefde worden geschild. Afhankelijk van het jaargetijde gebruiken wij citroenen uit Amalfi, Sicilië of Spanje. De citroenen zijn onbespoten & onbehandeld. Verder gebruiken wij 96% pure alcohol. Buiten de bekende limoncello maken wij ook de crema variant. Deze wordt extra bereid met o.a. room en melk. It started as a fun experiment, but now we have a regular customer base! The love for limocello originated in Italy. Ricardo comes to Italy every year and Esther went along a number of times. Limoncello is a liqueur mainly produced in the south of Italy, around the Gulf of Naples, along the Amalfi Coast and on the island of Capri. Limoncello is also produced in Sicily, Sardinia and Malta and even in France and California. Traditionally, limoncello was made with lemons from the Sorrento area. Limoncello was originally drunk in Italy as a digestif after a meal, although the liqueur is now also popular in mixes with Prosecco and tonic. The EsRi is made from the tastiest lemons that are peeled with a lot of love. Depending on the time of year, we use lemons from Amalfi, Sicily or Spain. The lemons are unsprayed & untreated. We also use 96% pure alcohol. In addition to the well-known limoncello, we also make the cream version. This is additionally prepared with cream and milk. Are you interested?
