He behaved like an angel both days, even with a little equipment failure 😅

Our ambitious boy loved the big indoor with enough space for his canter 🤠

What a horse 🐻
The future looks very bright!

Alpine 2005 - 2026 🤍

An era has come to an end, Alpine is no longer with us. After struggling with EMS, PPID and laminitis for the last couple of years she has now cantered on.

From the first time I saw her as a green 7-year old I’ve been obsessed with her, and she’s proven to be irreplaceable. Such an amazing horse that I’m very grateful to have had in my life for many years. My heart horse.

Thank you Alpine 🤍

Our sweet girl Zalaya Z is confirmed in foal at 107 days to Pegase van’t Ruytershof 🥳

This foal will have the full package, with a scopey power house mama and it’s super athletic, modern sire.
We can’t wait for spring!

Zalaya Z is by Zirocco Blue - Concorde - Gottwalt and comes from an iconic mare line with several maternal siblings and relatives in absolute top sport 🌟

Welcome home Zalaya Z 🤍
Our new broodmare by Zirocco Blue x Concorde x Gottwalt has arrived safely and is finding her place in the herd.

Zalaya is the sister of Chopard who competed successfully at 1.60m with Natale Chiaudani, and Olaya Z who competes at 1.55m with Piet Raijmakers. Her oldest offspring, 8 yo Cisco S Crack Z, is competing at 1.30m. Her damline is full of horses successful in terms of both sport and breeding.

Exciting times ahead with this girl 🦄

Building my dream horse brick by brick 🧱
We’re currently learning long reining, and this weekend 3 year old Arnie and I attended a weekend course with 🐎

Great opportunity to practice being away with everything that includes; sleeping indoors, meeting and leaving new horse friends, focusing in busy environments and having several lessons over the weekend.

Arnie did a great job, as per usual he rises to the challenge and tries his best. And he’s patient with me.

Long reining gets 10/10 from us, what a greatly underrated way to exercise the sport horses 🤠

Arnie is learning his ABCs with a rusty rider and continues to be an absolute dream to work with in every way 😍
