Extremely juicy and crisp, with massive pods. 🌶️ The heat is mild and gradually fades towards the tip. The pods are firm and almost waxy, with excellent shelf life. An impressive amount of fruit and weight from such a small plant. Well on the way to developing the world’s largest pepper variety🥇

🔥 Heat: 20 000-25 000 Shu
🌱 Plant genetics seems not to be the best. Matte and droopy leaves. Long and thin fruits that often become soft before the whole fruit is fully ripe. Some work need to be done with this one.

Batch 001 – Baccatum Blend
My first chili sauce of the season is finally bottled.

This small batch is built around 500 g of homegrown baccatum crosses from my pepper breeding project, complemented by just 16 g of Reaper × JPGS to add depth without overpowering the flavor.

🌱 Taste amazing. Almost translucent skin. Think I will cross this with the Cream Fantasy to make it even sweeter 😋

Mutant Baccatum Cross F2🤩
Mother plant is a stable Aji Ahuachapan Mutant I got some years ago. Leafes Are amazing and flowers grow in clusters.
Can’t wait to see how this develops.

This is a cross of Erotica and Lemon Drop🍋. I had to go back to a previous generation (f4) to get the taste and look I wanted. Crispy, tangy and mild😋This plant is really small and bushy compared to many other baccatums. Btw. I always top the indoor pepper plants to keep them compact. Will have to do a better job with the selective breeding down the line. Grown indoors in Leca👌
