Aji Roxo. Little information on this variety🤷 I can't even remember where I got the seeds. Sorry😔. It's a very nice tasting baccatum. A bit sweet and the perfect mild+ heat. This would be a great choice for replacing your sweet pepper or just as a snack😋

Aji Fantasy Fatalii Gourmet 🖤😋. The Aji Fantasy varieties is my all time favourite hot peppers 🤗 Super crunchy, mild and sweet like cotton candy. This is my second variety. Just as good as the Fantasy Cream. This is the first pepper variety bred commercial in Finland by hotpepper legend . Only problem is saving them. I usually eat everything as soon as I collect them😅. RECOMMENDED!!

HYBRID! Another neglected pepper plant🤦 This one is also a first generation hybrid and my first Chinense cross! Pod was 100% green when plant died / dried out☠️🥀 Luckily pod did ripen🤗🥳 Cross between Schneiders Scotch Bonnet and But Jolokia Mustard. Did not taste yet 🤞

HYBRID! This is a first generation cross between Aji Melocoton and the Super Erotic (Erotica cross). Heat is medium+ and hits after a couple of seconds, hiding the sweet Super Erotica taste. Will be interesting to see what future generations will bring😀🤞

Antep Aci Dolma - Hot pepper 🔥 This is a super alternative to sweet peppers. Big, sweet and tasty 😋 Surprisingly hot for the size , but mild in the big picture. I have been neglecting my pepper plants lately du to building a new house ( with new growroom ) ++. HYBRID! This is a first gen cross between Peter Pepper Yellow and Hangjiao 6 Pulsar. (Chinese Space Pepper) First pods have ok size but new looks huge 🤩 These are really tasty with medium heat 🔥🔥 Can't wait to see what the next couple of generations will bring

Chpabrain White F2 from Faddas Peppers. This is a cross between Chupetinho White and Nagabrain. Since this only is the second generation every plant would produce differt offspring. This looks like a bigger Chupetinho. Thick walls, habanero heat and fruity taste.

SUPERCROSS! What happens when you cross two of your absolute favourite tasting peppers? This is the first generation (F1) cross of Sugar Rush Peach and Super Erotic (Erotica cross). A bit suprised of the colour since parents are peach and orange. Mega crunchy, sweet and with medium heat 🔥🔥. Absolutely love the taste🥰😋. Will be fun to see the variation in the next generation. I'm certain the final result will be one of the best tasting peppers ever 🤗🤗

My biggest indoors plant yet is a mystery. Supposed to be one of my Cream Fantasy 🤔 This has probably cross pollinated with another baccatum in my growroom😅 Let's see what the future brings🤗 Grown freely in a cabinet 🗄️Pods Taste amazing😋 Crispy, juicy and sweet😋 Everything you want in a baccatum. Yet another second generation (F2) plant from one of my crosses. All of them look different. Mother plant is the Trinidad Purple Coffee, father plant is the Jamaican Mushroom. Super sweet and fruity the first couple of seconds before the heat hits you. Very nice taste 🤗 Medium heat 🔥🔥

THESE ARE RIPE PODS 🤯Pimente De Neyde X Bonda Ma Jacques Purple. Maybe the most unique ripe pepper color I've ever seen. Supposedly habanero heat?🤷 Mine where a lot hotter 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Heat is instant! Big Yellow Mama 🤗 Small plant with huge pods. One of the unripe pods are the biggest Chinense pepper I have ever seen🥳. Pods are SUPERHOT 🔥🔥🔥🔥, thin to medium walls but crispy. Tangy citrus flavour 🍋 as yellow pods often have. Very versataile pepper. Highly recommended 👌

They way I germinate seeds. Super easy in Rockwool cubes🤗 Start with soaking it in water. I usually put 3 seeds in each cube. Put in a dark place and check regularly. Zip bags from Ikea.

CROSSING PEPPERS: Ok, so these peppers don't look like anything special. But I have really big hopes for the second generation (F2) It's a cross between my favourite variegated pepper, Ufo Fluorescent Variagated and the (White) Amyka Sweet pepper. (See the last photo). I guess next gen will have a really big variation in pods size and colours🤗 And hopefully variegation🤞

Big Mustard Mama. A varient of the Big Black Mama created by Troy Primeaux. Big pods with tick walls and a lot of placenta. It's a SUPERHOT with about 1 million scoville 🔥🔥🔥🔥 but not as hot as the top tier. Floral and earthy taste.

PEPPER CROSSING: It was a big suprise when this second generation (F2) plant with dark foliage and purple pods started turning yellow 🤯🥳 It's amzing how every F2 plant has so much variation when you use very different parents. Mother was a Trinidad Purple Coffee. Father was maybe the hottest annuum out there, Jamaican Mushroom. Full family tree with all the variation will be out soon🤗 Very prolific and bushy plant. Pods are super tasty. Sweet but tangy and very hot for an Annuum. Absolutely love the feel of the heat on this one.

Khang Starr Lemon StarrBurst / KS LSB. This is the third time growing this variety. Amazing tasting Chinense pepper🤗😋 Funny thing about colours of peppers, they often taste what they look like 🍋. This time I used a much bigger pot to see if this would change the look of the pods. Sadly it didn't. The seeds I got are just just don't have the genes to produce those long tails, even if my last plant produced some smaller tail last time, most pods looks like this. Anyways, they taste amazing🔥🔥🔥 PS. If you don't know who Khang Starr is, you should definitely check out his YouTube. He was and is a huge inspiration to me🙏

This is the (Uchu Cream X Candlelight Mutant) X Peter Yellow, 3 generation (F3). Not the look I was expecting 🤷 but you never know how pods comes out with early generation. Super prolific. Steam and branches look like a little tree and would be perfect for bonsai (Bonchi). Ok taste. Love how the heat feels on this one. Medium heat 🔥🔥.

Thunder Cacho Brown. This is a cross between Thunder Mountain Longhorn and the Cacho Negro. Bottom of pods tends to dry a bit before they're ripe like many other long pods. Fruity and smokey taste. Mild to medium heat 🔥🔥

Golden Marconi, Sweet pepper🫑. Pods starts to get a bit soft before they turn 100% yellow🤔. My first pod was about 75 grams. Taste is a bit disappointing. Fresh, a bit sweet and no bitterness. Sugar Rush Stripy 🤩 Finally they're ripe. At least a couple 😅 Learned the hard way that stripes should have a really good contrast before harvesting. The lighter pods was not 100 ripe but still good. One pod had no stripes at all🤷 OK, so pods are beautiful. What about taste? Its amazing 🤗 Crispy, sweet and the perfect medium heat 🔥 Not super juicy like the SRP, but not dry at all. Has that sweetness from red baccatums and some tropical taste from the peach ones. It's a amazing combo. Highly Recommended 👌

Poblano! These giant hot peppers are surprisingly tasty🤗 This variety are super popular in Mexico, often used for stuffing or dried as Anchos. My impression was that skin was very tough and not suited for eating fresh, I disagree. Rich and sweet taste with super low heat. Biggest pod on my 50cm plant was 65 grams. Recommended 👍👌

Blended Lemon🍋 This is not Lemon Drop! but a sweeter and milder variety. This is my second matte pepper this week 🤯 Pods are supposed to be bigger tha LD but my first pods are a bit small. I prefer this taste over the LD😋
