Fjåk Chocolate

Fjåk Chocolate Fjåk chocolate is the first bean to bar chocolate maker in Norway. Fjåk sjokolade is a real chocolate factory.

At Fjåk all of our chocolate is handcrafted in small batches – from the bean to the bar. Our aim is to develop the unique characteristics of single origin cocoa, by using as few ingredients as possible and by controlling the whole chocolate-making process. We roast, crack, winnow, grind, conch and temper the finest quality beans – by ourselves at our little factory by the fjord. We wish everyone a full-flavoured chocolate experience.
