Hi all, it has been a long time since we posted as Aslaug and I have had a busy few years. We are however slowly making progress here on our småbruk and wanted to share what we have been up to and hopefully start to update you all more regularly with our journey.

1. Market Garden & Tunnel: we have been working hard, with some great volunteers, (big thanks Floor, Vincent and Prune) to establish a market garden this year and so far we have set up the tunnel with tomatoes and some beds with the hope of selling some of the produce later this year.

2&3: Last autumn with the Coco and Julie we planted quite a bit of garlic and so far it's looking great! Hopefully we will get a good haul in not too long.

4: Adri helped us plant out a lot of kale in spring and this is now well established and finding its way into many of our meals lately.

5: The potato patch had been quite a bit of work but Ole has led the charge here and hopefully we will be harvesting and storing quite a few kilos in autumn.

6&7: Lastly we have resown and are now harvesting the fields on the property which had been neglected for many years. Again Ole and Aslaug have organised this and you can see Ole in the last shot with the two wheel tractor cutting the first harvest for our hungry horses.

Anyway, hopefully this gives you all an idea of what we have been up to and im hoping to expand on each topic in the coming weeks.
