Today we’ll be closing at 7:30 PM so we can go and support the Norwegian national team at the World Cup! 🥳🔥

Well… not from the stadium and not even from our food truck 😅 — we’ll be cheering from in front of a TV in another restaurant 🍻📺

🤤❤️🥳 Homemade Pulled Pork 🥳❤️🤤

Did you know that we make our pulled pork completely from scratch? 🍖❤️

First, the pork is slowly roasted at a low temperature for many hours. Then it’s gently cooked until it’s incredibly tender and juicy ✨

To finish, we mix it with our rich BBQ sauce, creating the perfect balance of smoky and sweet flavors 😋🔥

And what would our Pulled Pork Focaccia be without our homemade coleslaw? 🥬❤️ Fresh, crunchy and the perfect match for the juicy pork.
